Job OverviewDeals with the analysis, specification, and design of software systems

Transfer characteristics for the development and work closely with different interfaces: development, testing, product managers, and operations personnel (CPOs, Project managers etc.) to ensure accurate development and implementation based on roadmap & customer requirements and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warranty on certain models from requirements analysis stage to detailed characterization.
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items.
• Collaborate with architects, development teams and product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Demo and present on selected functionality of the product to the different stakeholders.
• May be assigned to join customer facing tasks such as gap analysis workshops or compound sessions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data driven approach.
• A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
• The ability to prompt multiple topics within the release timeframes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial management (specializing in Information Systems)/ Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in Business / System Analyst Minimum
• Experience in writing specification documents.
• Excellent English – Spoken and Written

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical approach-advantage
• Experience in a similar role with a global company-Advantage.
• Experience working as a Product owner in an Agile\Scrum environment–Advantage.
• Experience with Product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) –Advantage
